Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging and all included accessories, instructions, stands, mounting parts, and other components, where applicable.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

The product must not have been misused, modified, or damaged through improper handling.

All original packaging and included components must be returned.

The return must include your order number or proof of purchase.

The return request must be approved by AYN CRAFT before the item is shipped back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please pack fragile items securely to help prevent damage during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Special bulk orders with return restrictions agreed upon before purchase.

Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use contrary to the product’s care instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact AYNCRAFT promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.
