We provide a 12-month limited warranty for eligible resin figurine products from the delivery date, covering product bodies, original accessories and mounting parts, and verified manufacturing defects under normal use. We offer repair, replacement or appropriate solutions for confirmed manufacturing defects within the warranty period at our discretion.
